This is a shame because the food is SO good here. I ordered a hero and a pasta dish yesterday and the delivery time said to give it 45 mins. I don 't mind waiting. It means time was put into the food prep... I hope? Anyway it came in 20 minutes and the driver called me 2x. I had to go down 6 flights of stairs, so I was not able to run down quickly. I assume by the second phone call that he was annoyed and I still have him a $5 tip for a $20 order. But the reason for the bad review is... they gave me some kind of sauce on the side that I didn 't ask for. I 've gotten both of these dishes before and there was never a boiling hot cup of sauce on the side (in a container it was too hot to be in)...
The food arrived over an hour late, and I was consistently told it would be delivered in 5 to 7 minutes. I placed my order at 11:33 and finally received it at 1:35. You might wonder how far I am from Gino's—it's just a two-minute drive. The delivery driver went to the wrong address, and when I asked for a refund, my request was refused multiple times. Now I'm left with ice-cold pizza and wings. I recommend not ordering unless you're prepared to reheat your food in the oven. I definitely won’t be ordering again.
I used to love this place but they have gone downhill. I’ve tried twice recently to order penne a la vodka, Caesar salad and garlic knots. The lettuce in my salad was already browning and going bad. The Caesar dressing was inedible. It was incredibly watered down. The penne a la vodka tasted completely different and bland. It used to be amazing! The penne was over cooked. The sauce was awful. It’s like they changed the recipe and it’s way worse. Will not be going back anymore.

Food took 2 hours told by Ralph food would be hot pizza came cold as well as buffalo chicken and lettuce was wilted, celery as well. Food was disgusting. I'm shocked never happened before as returning customer. I gave one star because they actually delivered it. Wasted my money.
Food is always good quality here and the customer service is great. This time we tried the Sicilian grandma pie with extra sauce and it was PERFECT. Everyone in my family loved it too. The sauce tasted homemade and fresh and the fresh mozzarella was amazing.
Food is good but we watched them bring food to tables of ppl not of color and they made us (P.O.C) get our food from the counter and we were dining in like everyone else they served. Definitely made my friend I feel some-what odd.
In town for the night, of course I had to get some actual NY pizza. Pretty darn good. My 5 year old ate like half the pie, said it was the best ever. Not gonna be able to go back to the fake NY style garbage we have at home.
