Gino's Pizza (Oxford & Second St)

Very disappointed in this store. I was a loyal customer for last couple years. The last time was today. I told the girl they forgot my dipping sauce when I came last time for walk in special. She argued with me and needless to say we did not get the dipping sauce. Kept telling me if I wanted my dipping sauce I’d have to pay extra. Just uncalled for from this employee. It’s supposed to come with the walk in special pizza.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEVery rude attitude from the employees who were on the night shift (23th Nov 2023 10:15pm) . Refused to provide details about the pizza variety and abused us in their local language. Not recommended for anyone.

Way better food at this place then Dundas Street on Dundas is really bad food and bad customer service.... but Oxford Street East is way better 10/10 looking to do business again

Best student pizza around. Come here once a week. Always look forward to it, pizza is always great and very fast (less than 20 mins).
