Food is nothing to be excited about. Two separate visits…waited 35 min in store for two sandwiches buttered bagels that we ordered online and gave them 15-20 min to prepare. Bagels were plain, not raisin and they don’t take the time to toast them. Nothing offered for wait, not even an apology.Food: 1/5

Love both the staff and the bagels here. It's a popular place and frequently very busy so give yourself time in case there's a little bit of a wait. Personal favorite is the honey-cranberry cream chees on a toasted bagel but the breakfast bagels are delucious too!Food: 5/5

Went to get bagels while on vacation in poconos. The establishment was full of flies in the bagel display case. Employees didn’t seem to mind all the Flies touching the food. ? bagels looked delicious..the cream cheese spread was good .. we ate it on toastFood: 1/5

We ordered a Lox bagel. It was delicious and the people were so friendly. We were looking forward to bagels on our trip and this place was right off the highway. We are glad we found it. I recommend it.Parking: Parking was in the back of the establishment.

Great bagel shop! Bagels are delicious and they have a great menu. I was surprised with the large variety of food, other than bagels, they offer, like wraps and sandwiches. The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend this restaurant.Food: 5/5
