Finally stopped in to the Goose after being told to go at least 3 dozen times. Got the “Mama Goosey Stuffa you face” mainly so I could say that sentence out loud. The Italian was very good for the cost. I do think they could benefit from a slightly better roll but I loved the place, the employees were awesome, and it was wallet friendly. For a quick lunch or an excellent catering option for your event, Goosey Gander is undoubtedly the best spot in South Bethlehem, if not the entire city, for a sandwich. The owner, Tony, is frequently seen behind the counter crafting the most delicious sandwiches that will leave you fully satisfied. This is easily one of my favorite places for lunch, and even when the line stretches out the door—a common occurrence—the wait is always worth it.
I've visited multiple times with my husband, and I love their pastrami sandwich with the bacon and banana peppers. It's one of their best sandwiches. Me and my husband and I visit often on a regular basis, and the gentleman is always very kind and respectful and everyone else. They always make you feel welcome. Thank you for your service. I'll be back soon
