I live in the great white North, where we have a decent selection of locally sourced teas, but the range is quite limited, particularly for loose leaf options that don't have artificial flavors. So, I decided to order some online and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got in touch when one of my choices was out of stock. They offered me an alternative at no additional cost and even included a couple of samples as a complimentary gift. I really appreciate the free shipping on larger orders, as shipping fees can be quite a concern for those of us living up here. I just received my order from Great Wall Tea, and I was pleasantly surprised by the many thoughtful personal touches! Their customer service was exceptional when I made a mistake with my order. The tea blends are clearly crafted with care, using high-quality ingredients and unique additions, all without any artificial flavors. Without a doubt, this is my favorite loose leaf tea in the lower mainland, and I'm thrilled that I no longer have to wait for a trip to New West to stock up!

The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer. During our first visit, my husband and I spent nearly an hour selecting over 500 grams of various teas! A big thank you to the staff for making our experience so enjoyable. P.S. I can't stop raving about the Hazelnut Vanilla—it's absolutely fantastic!

This is an excellent place to savor a cup of tea before taking a walk along the river. I highly recommend trying Lauren's Favourite Organic Cream of Earl Grey, especially with a touch of lavender for added flavor. It's delightful and smooth—a real treat! Be prepared for a lengthy wait, even if the line seems short. You'll find yourself standing at the bottom of a bustling escalator, completely overlooked—not even a nod of acknowledgment. If you want to feel valued as a customer, take a short walk of about 15 paces to Cafe Tres Galli instead.

This charming little shop features an excellent variety of teas and has a welcoming staff. Jimmy and his team are outstanding! My personal favorites are the Waterfront Organic herbal tea and the Peach Apricot black tea.
