This is by FAR THE WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! Bed bugs they switched me rooms apparently the whole hotel was out of ac for the night which they probably did to “kill the bed bugs “ so I get to my new room my key kept getting deactivated!!!! I’ve worked 12 long hours had to keep going up and downstairs the elevator was broken in the middle of me moving I get to my new room still no A/C stains in carpet room smells awful i don’t have time to keep switching room!!! the housekeepers are lazy all they do is bring towels I purposely stripped my bed before work what do you know they bring towels never made the bed or replaced the sheets . They say no microwaves in room but there is only...
My experience with the staff at this hotel was horrible. I attempted to check in for my stay that was booked approximately 6 weeks in advance only to be turned away because they had overbooked the hotel. I had a CONFIRMED reservation email that I had received a day prior to check in. I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman at the front desk because she was awful! She told me that they were overbooked, we didn’t have a room and that it “isn’t her problem.” 0/10 would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
What a find this place is! We went to the DinoLive exhibit today and ended up trying to drive back to Queen Anne’s County on this dark rainy night and the dang gps gave us the runaround. What an unpleasant mess! Thank heavens we saw the sign for this hotel! Keeloni happily welcomed us and checked us in. Downstairs features a quaint, quality lounge with tasty food, comfortable seats and a dynamite barkeep named Amber.
This is near the Greenbelt metro station or a few turns off MD 201 and the beltway (495). Decent size parking lot. The room was decorated nicely and had everything needed but was not very clean. Spoke with the front desk in the morning and they handled the notice appropriately. No ice machine but had pre-bagged quartz size ready to go in the convince shop.

A significant number of my clients prefer the venue at the Crown Plaza Hotel for hosting their events. The banquet team at this location is truly outstanding, working together seamlessly and showcasing an exceptional level of professionalism. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure, and I must say that Sergio is the BEST!
I booked two nights from Massachusetts and it said breakfast included and when I got here I had to pay 19.99 for breakfast, the truth is, a complete scam, the person at the reception said that I had to do all the remembering here at the hotel and I don't have it in Massachusetts. Complete scam meaning.
Customer service was 5 star from Pauline at the from who handle our little issues in such a professional manner. Let’s talk about the food! Chefs Kiss ! 5 star dinning! Amber and Racheal were sweethearts and so professional. Everything tasted great! And the drinks! My family and I will be back.
Very clean. One thing to note is they don't have microwave inside the room. It is down in the lobby but I will definitely come back to this place
