I visited on Saturday morning and was disappointed to find that there was hardly any food available. I was informed that we could wait 15 minutes for a sausage roll. When I ordered a cup of tea, the young girl serving me was quite rude, almost tossing it at me. It seemed like she was more interested in having fun than serving customers, as she was playfully hitting another girl on the head with a baking tray. Every customer around me expressed their disappointment regarding the lack of food. I won’t be returning to this place.
I paid £1.70 for a beef and vegetable pasty today. When I warmed it up for dinner, I found it was mostly just potato inside. Very disappointing, to say the least!
Been out and wanted a warm drink without paying over the odds like other places. The lady behind the counter really helpful and polite without trying to up sell.
The restaurant offers a great selection of sandwiches and also serves decaffeinated coffee. The staff provides excellent service and is very warm and welcoming.

The restaurant has a very efficient atmosphere. The staff managed the queue quickly, and the place was clean. The employees were polite and courteous.
Lovely coffee better than Costa. Only issue is there is not much room in this branch so chairs and tables are to close together.
Good selection of sandwiches and they also have decaffeinated coffee. Great service by the staff. Very welcoming and friendly.
The restaurant is clean and tidy, with quick service and friendly staff. I will definitely return!
