Visited for Mother's Day Sunday lunch. ate in the bar as we had our dog with us, so is a perfect solution for us, while others were eaten without dogs in the beautiful recently completely renovated dining room. eating was excellent and between us. we tried to start eating, all desserts equally well. good selection of local masham produced cask beer and yesterday turned hahn, which was a barrel from wensleydale brewery just on the road. can't be really guilty.
Excellent. Called in here today for lunch after travelling for two hours and still further to go. Served by a very friendly chap. Food was delicious. My husband had the steak baguette and said the meat just melted in his mouth and it was 'a proper steak '. I had the cheese and ham panini. Again delicious. Lovely to sit outside on a glorious sunny day. Will definitely call in again, maybe Sunday lunch next time.
I stayed overnight and had dinner at this restaurant. The bedroom was clean and very comfortable. There were nice touches like tea, coffee, fresh milk, and toiletries. The meal was hot and tasted freshly cooked, it was delicious! The breakfast selection was excellent and the service and presentation were top-notch. The staff and manager were extremely helpful.
We visited The Greyhound Inn during our stay in Yorkshire. We had an enjoyable evening with amazing pub grub. Highly recommended is the steak and ale pie. The service was excellent and Harry (I think that was his name) is a true credit. Nothing was...too much trouble and was very polite. Will definitely be back if in the area. Thank you. from a two-week break in yorkshire we stopped here overnight. steve and his team are very friendly and friendly. nothing was too much annoyed. the accommodation is immaculately clean and the greyhound inn is located in a beautiful, quiet location. our evening meal and breakfast were excellent. we would recommend a visit here.
We were staying local booked this place in advance Steve was in touch to keep us up to date. We had a drink outside prior while waiting for our food to come we then enjoyed hearty home cooked pub grub. Really enjoyed...it, Steve was a really good host it was great value. If local again we'll pop in. Thanks again
had a meal with our two grandchildren yesterday morning. we all enjoyed our meal and found the greyhound inviting in hackforth. a real village pub and we will certainly visit again when we stay in hackforth. thank you for your hospitality.

We have visited this pub twice in the past week and have been very pleased with the staff, who are pleasant and friendly. The food and beer were excellent, and we would highly recommend it to anyone in this area.
