I know that this restaurant only opened recently but they better get their act together quickly. The service was poor but not the wait staff’s fault as there were only two people working in the dining room and it was packed. We ordered cocktails and 1/2 hour later received 3 of the 4 ordered and the martini wasn’t as ordered. When the final drink arrived it was supposed to be the same type of martini and it was in a rock glass and tasted nothing like a martini. Told the waitress and ordered white wine instead. She wasn’t very apologetic but did remove the drinks from the bill. We received appetizers and food in decent time but bus staff was a little quick to try and remove plates. The tables...
We visited on a Saturday night and had a disappointing experience with both the food and the hospitality from our server. The bartender with dark hair seemed unfamiliar with how to make a classic cocktail, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the manager, who had blonde hair, was quite erratic. She didn't listen to us and talked over us whenever we tried to share our concerns. It's no surprise that the bar was empty that night! The overall vibe felt urban but lacking in sophistication.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was visually appealing. The only changes I would suggest are playing the bar-side music on the restaurant side (or I might just choose to sit at the bar during my next visit, which isn't a major issue) and I would prefer the restaurant to be a bit quieter overall. However, these are minor points, and I was very pleased with my meal. I will definitely be coming back!
the staff was very friendly and attentive. that was delicious. the restaurant was visually attractive. just something I would change would be the bar-side music on the restaurant side (or maybe I will just eat on the bar side next to the visit, not a big thing) and I would rather the restaurant was a little quieter overall. but this is a very small quibble I was thrilled with my meal and will return again.

Our group was a bit hesitant based on the opening reviews we read on OT. I have to say we were very happy with the service we received. Staff was extremely friendly and very attentive. There were 5 in our group and everyone ordered something different. The food was delicious! We can’t wait to return and try other options on the menu.
The restaurant offers various halls for rent, including the separate Grill350 area. The ambiance is lovely, and the food was delicious. I would definitely consider booking one of these halls for my events, including possibly my wedding.

Inexperienced waitress, sent back 3 out of 4 dishes, and it was very loud. We are not going back. Too bad we were hoping for better.
