The staff members were as helpful and friendly as ever. However, we did notice that the relaxing piano and harp music was missing from the reception area, along with the delightful scented candles that usually create a soothing atmosphere. This did alter the ambiance a bit, but that’s just our personal preference. My wife enjoyed a massage at Kasia Spa, where the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Pity there is no 0 star rating available. In the short words avoid at any cost. Book yourself a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge as a bare minimum but you will know what you are paying for. Noisy parties making impossible to sleep, complaints not dealt with. Customer service non existent. Overpriced faff. Location the venue itself beautiful. Only staff ruins the impression. Complaining customer is openly ignored. Rooms: quality and cleanness doesn't reflect the price tag Food drinks: customer needs to put a lot of effort to be noticed Noteworthy details: beautiful venue, needs more attention to detail, a bit of dusting would definitely help; omnipresent cobwebs do not impress much

My wife attended an afternoon tea event, while I found a cozy spot at Nelson's. The atmosphere was delightful and relaxing, and I appreciated the availability of Wi-Fi. The decor was of high quality, and the service was excellent—prompt and attentive. Additionally, the venue is very accessible for disabled guests.
