We have been to Gyu-Kaku in at least 3 different cities and 10+ visits total. This is the only place that didn’t mix the garlic fried rice on the table (came pre mixed) and ask if we prefer our rice softer or harder. Kinda weird that the SOP wasn’t followed. But the servers are friendly except for the host at the door. Shes not accommodating like other Gyu-Kaku hosts are. Food is delicious and came fast as usual. Can’t complain. still a five star for the good lunch special deal!Only downside is parking is $12 each time. We ended up found a street parking spot for $2 per hour and only 50ft away. Their parking lot isn’t worth it. Person over the phone when we called and asked about the parking...
The food was tasty and service was fast.I have to dock points for not being very small child friendly. They don’t have high chairs- only boosters. Boosters will not work on a booth because you can’t secure it and it can be quite dangerous because they can fall forward under the table. So I had to hold onto my 2 year old the whole time to make sure he didn’t fall. My toddler will sit and eat fine so we just need a space spot for him.For an all you can eat- the price was fair and the food was good!They played music a little loud and it was weird old emo selections like The Smiths and Boy George. But all and all- a solid experience.
Lunch was very off. There were only a couple tables, but only 1 server. I guess people had called off, but the amount of tables should have been totally manageable. We didn’t get seated for 10 minutes even though they kept walking by. The food served was not up to normal there. The white rice was old and when I mentioned it, one of the employees said “that’s how it is”, the ramen was not spicy and didn’t taste normal and whenever I complained no one said anything to help. I just would never go there again for lunch
Excellent service food! Prices are reasonable. If you’re really hungry they have some really nice all you can eat packages or you can chose pre selected options. My wife I chose chef’s choice, and it was more than enough food for us! If you’re in the mood for Japanese BBQ, I highly recommend Gyu-Kaku.

The restaurant requires a card for payment; tap-to-pay is not accepted. Parking is costly, with fees of $13.50 for cash and $15 for card payments. This was an unfortunate end to what was otherwise a delightful meal. Food: 5/5.
The food and plum wine here are outstanding! The chicken karaage has truly won me over! The staff is fantastic and incredibly friendly! I can't recommend this place highly enough—definitely check it out. Food rating: 5/5.
This is a fantastic restaurant with an amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Our waiter, Jason, was outstanding. The food was absolutely incredible. I can't wait to go back!
horrible staff one lady wouldn’t sit us even tho we had tes stations but the other 2 guys were rlly nice
