Once I opened the pint, I was thrilled to see a generous amount of sizeable brownie chunks. As promised, it also had the espresso chocolate sauce and chips. In my experience, these chewy brownie pieces stood out as some of the best I've encountered in an ice cream. While I wouldn’t have minded a few more, the espresso chocolate chips added a delightful crunch that nicely contrasted the creaminess of the ice cream.

I attempted to order a milkshake at 6:45, but the male employee with tattoos on his hands told me that they stop making milkshakes after 6:30. However, he had just made one for the customer in front of me, who had ordered only a minute before I did. When I asked him why he served that customer but not me, he couldn’t provide an explanation. Meanwhile, a short Hispanic girl working there laughed during our inquiry, which I found incredibly rude and disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment. Please consider spending your money elsewhere!
They really need to improve their shake-making skills! I was only there once, and there was just one person who knew how to make a shake! She was lovely, but I haven't seen her there lately. It's important to have staff without an attitude who can actually prepare a decent shake. I definitely don't want to spend my weekend in the bathroom because your staff can't get it right! I wish I could give this place 0 stars!
The customer service at this place is terrible! Just over 30 minutes before the mall closed, they told us they couldn't make shakes because they were out of ice cream, even though we were already in the process of choosing our flavors. It was obvious they just didn’t want to prepare anything. They also had a bad attitude throughout the interaction. I won’t be coming back—it's a waste of space in the outlet mall.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant, where the staff was quite rude. The branch manager treated my son poorly and was disrespectful towards me, even rolling her eyes when I requested a lid for my smoothie. Expect a long wait—not because of heavy traffic, but due to poor management and inefficiency. It took us more than 25 minutes just to get our drinks.
I visited the restaurant 30 minutes before closing, and they refused to make a shake, claiming it would create too many dirty dishes. It was disappointing to see them prioritize their workload over customer service.
We love Ice Cream but today we arrived and they say they open at 12 and on Google it appears that they should update at 10 am
