We loved the setup of this location and loved the experience! Great the use of technology, too! They use a tablet menu for ordering and leave it at your table. The food rolls out on a robotic cart and the staff puts it on your table. The soup base we ordered were pork veggies and gogi berries with light herbs) and spicy pork. We loved both. Only want to say that if the service of every restaurant could be raised to Haidilao’s standard, the world would probably be a better place. Ordered two instant boiled hot pots and one pound of garlic crawfish. The staff were very attentive and agreeable at the pickup and the food itself was undoubtedly outstanding. To begin with, everything was boilingly hot when it got to our hands no need to reheat and we happily enjoyed at a nearby park.
