Olive Garden Italian

I have to say that I met Olive Garden many years ago. When I lived in San Francisco, I went there almost twice a month with my friends.The unlimited salad and soup for lunch was our favorite. But the last four times we ate at Olive Garden, I have to write down my feelings. Do you think guests are begging from you when they ask for service and food? Why do your servers always show disdain and slackness? I think if I really want to go here again, I will tip the waiter first, and he will not have to keep me hungry waiting.Soup can't be made one bowl at a time, right, freshly baked bread? just trying to delay the number of offers.Look at your Salad. Why don't you just give me a whole iceberg let...

I come on vacation to the USA and I had always heard about this restaurant, honestly the food is nothing special, they are very simple dishes. In this particular place I saw some details that I didn't like, dirty glass and mirrors, everything looks old and I think they could clean everything better, there was a slightly strange smell that I couldn't decipher. The salad is delicious, the pasta normal.

Surprised to learn the waitress remembered our family. This is our first visit since the pandemic restriction three years ago. Same nostalgic great Eggplant Parmesan, Five Cheese Ziti, salad, and Minestrone. Happy and satisfied family dine out.

Gabriel is an 'outstanding ' server!!! Many before him, do not measure up, to the quality, of his service!! Always a pleasure, when we come. Been a customer, for many years!!! This server makes ever visit, a pleasurable one!!

Food was delicious, service just okay . our waiter didn't seem to care for us much. He keep going to everyone but us. We needed to wave him down everytime we needed something.

My dad and I went for an early dinner. We both had unlimited soup and salad. Our server Kim was excellent from the very beginning to the end. We will definitely go back.

Noisy group in our area was not conducive to an enjoyable meal. Fortunately, the group left before we finished our meal, so we managed a quiet interlude for our dinner.
