10/28/23 Half Half will always be my go to boba shop! I usually go to the Rowland Heights location, but I found myself at the one in City of Industry. I will say that the customer service and quality is the same regardless of which of the two locations you end up visiting. Half Half is the best when it comes to quantity and quality at its price point. There is an ongoing promotion where you can get a free upgrade to a larger size. So, we got 4 large drinks with toppings for the price of regular sized drinks. I love the value of Half Half because at other boba places, I'm already paying $7 for the regular sized drink and it's not even that great. Here, I paid just over $20 for the 4 large dri...
The worst location thus far. Ordered a caramel black milk tea, less sweet, no ice, with egg pudding (had to pay almost $7 cash to avoid an extra card fee). It was a busy Sat night...and the last boba I would have on my visit home to CA. What a disappointment. It was bitter water dressed in brown.No trace of milk, caramel, no sweetness save for the pudding. The order came fast...but at what cost. They may have just wanted to avoid brewing more tea at the end of their shift. Either way, the first Half and Half miss I've had in over a decade. Don't risk coming here.
MY FAVORITE BOBA PLACE. IVE NEVER BEEN TO HALF AND HALF BUT THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND INTRODUCED ME TO THE BEST BOBA DRINK EVER AND IM NOT EVEN A FAN OF BOBA.EVERYTHING TASTED FRESH AND FILLED TO THE BRIM WHICH I LIKE BECAUSE THE DRINK WASNT CHEAP (ALMOST 5$ PER DRINK AND THIS WAS BEFORE INFLATION) BUT WORTH IT IMO.THEY SHOULD SELL MERCH IT WOULD BE SO CUTE.
Authentic Taiwanese boba shop. Very large size. Boba is very chewy very delicious. One thing about their milk tea is that you can taste real tea leaves with strong flavor, which is really good.Various flavors to choose from. Their sugar level is adjustable (personally don’t like too sweet, always get quarter sugar) Use cash! They charge additional fee for using card!
