as a dweller of thun, this place is one of my favorites! in this restaurant they can compile their own meal. they offer a large selection of fish, meat and vegetables. they can fill their teller as full as they want and with. the things they like. they are still raw when they compile their plate and then the food is cooked for them. after they can choose the sauce. at dinner they offer an all-you-can-eat option where (as the name already says) they always eat and as much as they want. besides raw food they offer a buffet with salads and some sweetness. on this place all will find something to eat!
Read it online so expected it to be unpacked, but luckily they were able to provide us. Wonderful food and cocktails will not be unfulfilled. My brother and sister suggested it to me, was not disappointed, nice food and also very good price. The staff here is actually first class, cannot complicate them enough. The menu has a healthy selection as well as a sensitive, ideal for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Wonderful value for money And also wonderful food! This is not an absolute top place but the many options you have (tons of ingredients, oils and after-grill sauces). I liked my combination but yours will certainly differ. Remember to fill your place well before grilling, food shrinks on cooking. The only weakness is the low number of meat replacements: Green mountain sausage (which is okay but doesn't fit that well into the concept) and tofu are it; their quorn variant is non-vegan.

Here is a summary for you: Saturday evening buffet for 46 CHF, with very simple food. Self-service with basic cup soup, basic salad, frozen ingredients on the plancha are cooked by an employee, hygiene on the plancha could be much better. Choice of frozen seafood and meat with sweet taste (Mongolian don't eat seafood). It was my first and last visit
the staff was incredibly nice and the value you get for the price unbeatable. You can tailor your meal to your needs and if youre unsure of what to get, the staff will gladly help you all in all 10/10 :
