Their food may well be amazing but unfortunately I find their social media bullying simply unacceptable. To go from reading an innocent and obviously misinferred comment to launching into a tirade of abuse towards that person, saying that persons profile 'cracked me up ', and inferring that the whole restaurant is laughing at that person seems pretty low indeed! Wouldn 't a simple old fashioned sorry you missed us, here 's a link to our opening times and we look forward to welcoming you soon have sufficed? Their fish may be ethically sourced but their 'banter ' certainly isn 't.
I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant last weekend and would highly recommend making a reservation in advance as the place is small. I visited on a Friday, which is sushi night, and everything was delicious, particularly the soft shell crab roll. The meal took nearly 2 hours from beginning to end as each dish is prepared and served individually, so be prepared to spend some time there. The prices were a bit high for the portion sizes, but the quality of the food was excellent.
We had a lovely time at Hantverk. Service was prompt and yummy and the lady at front of house gave us some great recommendations of what to do in Margate. Highly recommend
Honest delicious food, my friend, Pieter recommended this place and yes he’s right! I love the food even the thai curry is just as I like it!

The seafood at this restaurant is exceptional. While it may be pricey, the quality of the dishes justifies the cost.
