it's always hard if one of their good memories go bad, but that's what happened in southbank's harajuku gyoza. sad I can't check the food, I'm sure the dumplings are still delicious, but we went without order. the enthusiastic greeting of the terasshaimese with which we have always been hit has degraded into a bad, almost inaudible prey. the menu is now a scan on the phone, each order separately, no ambiente simply bad, bad, bad. Maybe I'm too old, but I want to enjoy the fun to share the menu together, not this stupid separated condition. we have gone and we will not be back and surely covid is the instigator for it, but that doesn't mean it's right! the Mexican restaurant is located on the...

I've been there for twice already. The first time, I had peppered chicken and miso soup, which were good and enjoyable, and the service was nice. But today, I tried some chicken ramen and grilled dumplings... I must say, the dumplings were all good, but that chicken ramen was extremely mild and tasteless, pretty bad. And maybe because there are so many people today, the service is not as good as last time. They didn't really arrange us a suitable table, and then asked us to change table because that table was already reserved. And then we stood for a while and finally got a place to sit...????It disappointed me and I don't think I will be there again. Anyway, the goyza(dumplings) are good an...

I hate to write such a bad review (like I was a big fan of the fortitude valley restaurant when it was opened first) but our meal in southbank today was rough! we ordered 2 loose squad dumplings and the black tasted and smelled...off it was so disgusting! the dumplings were at least edible, but were by no means good. Lack of taste and texture was ab (powder) the chicken carage was the only decent thing we ate, but it was small and expensive. to be even worse, they have no longer available! the only choice for beer was a $14 can imported beer or glass bright bee on hahn. everything in all, it was a bitterly disappointing culinary experience! no atmosphere, no food and very expensive for what...

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times. The food is affordable and fun when you can share with friends to experience all the dumpling choices! The staff do yell at you when you order sake! They all seem very enthusiastic! The only negative points are that sometimes they don't have what you want to order and ordering can be a bit of a wait if they are really busy. I like this restaurant! It is fun and funny to watch your friends embarrassment in the sake event ! Réservez une table maintenant

This is a fun and tasty venue for lunch or dinner. The decor is bright and colourful, with plenty of booth seating. You have to try the gyozas and the peppered chicken wings - it is some of the best friend chicken I've had in Brisbane. The 5 minute express lunch dine in or take away menu is great value. The Katsu curry is a delicious, filling meal and the bento box presentation is great and is a high value choice at $13!

Harajuku is kind of a habit every time I'm in Brisbane city so I've been to both the Southbank and City stores quite a bit. The service, atmosphere/decor and food quality is slowing starting to slip at the Southbank store. Could do with an internal...fitting refresh and more engaging staff. Not sure if its a Covid side effect or not but I probably would bother with the Southbank store again.

Loved the vegan vegetable gyoza.  Perfect with the dipping sauce you can make up on the table.  The only criticism I have is how long it took for my gyoza to come out to the table.  About 25min for only 2 servings of gyoza and it was actually very quiet in the restaurant at the time.  Will definately be back as the gyoza was delicious but I hope the serviceis quicker!

The service is slow and no-one come to take you be seated. The salmon open gyoza is special but not tasty. The chicken curry don is cool and not much sauce. The rice is hard and seems not cooked well. The sauce plates are dirty and we didn't use them. Awful experience... Réservez une table maintenant

Friendly professional staff serving an interesting mix of Gyoza. Lovely atmosphere even if the food is not to everyone's taste.
