OK, so I usually dine in , So this is going to be my third time going through the drive-through it seems like every time I go through the drive-through they mess up my order so it was between breakfast and lunch so I asked for a coffee and two biscuits. The biscuits were a little bit hard on the outside and soft on the inside, good, I like that , but when I order my Superstar famous burger, I like it with Lettuce , onions, tomato and pickle they always give me a cheeseburger??. By the time I looked at my order, my superstar famous burger was not it ? I hate to go back I had already gotten to my destination, 6 miles away, and I was disappointed again I guess I will sit there at the drive-thro...
I'm going to start with I love Hardees. The people were nice at this location, but that's the only thing they had going. I read some of the reviews and I mine as well hit copy and paste. As we came in and approached the counter the floor was extremely sticky. We order chicken strips and a big hot ham cheese and two kids chicken strip meal. We went to get our drinks and were greeted by a roach which I killed and put in the trash. The tables were dirty like they haven't been wiped down in days. Once our food came out the big hot ham was cold and the strips seemed like they were reheated or refried, so we went back to make sure we got fresh food. All I can say is I hope they correct this situat...
I waited in line for 40 minutes despite only having four cars ahead of me. Once you’re in line, there’s no turning back. They explained that the hold-up was due to people coming in and getting served before the drive-thru. I understand that delays can happen, but if managing both the lobby and drive-thru is an issue, they should consider shutting down the drive-thru. This situation made me late for work, even though I only work a few minutes away. I thought I had plenty of time with a half-hour to spare. Additionally, I witnessed an employee separating the cups and sticking her hands into mine while doing so. I won’t be returning.
In Tavares, the restaurant is dirty and the service is extremely poor. After going inside, I've decided I will never eat there again.

The service was terrible, and the restaurant was a complete mess. The staff member was quite rude, so we decided to leave.
