dirty, not helpful manager, sour bad attitude to dinner with the family and met most not helpful hotel manager ever. not interested in helping. we just wanted a clean coffee cup, because the planned were dirty. she had little interest in the support and said: “We don’t make coffee”. I asked why then they have a coffee machine and facilities available. she ignored this until I pressed it and the answer was that they offer it for the players on the poker machines! Eating is always quite good, but they should make sure that the bar staff who serve them have a good day. when I ordered a round today, I was faced with an obviously irritated and extremely dismissed employee who was brought out by the service of a customer and even went out of the bar before he finished the order. When she finally returned to see that I was waiting for my drinks, I was charged if I wasn't properly ordered and rude. absolutely disgusting lack of customer service. the management stood by observing this behavior and being ashamed of such an ad. a real smudge on the good name when this pub.
in a rugby pub to observe the NRL final found out to 8.06pm the kitchen is closed around 8pm. so I can't order food before half the time in a game. unbelievable. nothing on every menu to alert the patrons in the early vicinity. the big guy behind the bar had zero sympathy when we said 8 o'clock is early and we were disappointed, I didn't hear the offered and it looked like he was sworn when he left. Why would I come back here?
recently had a function of the eventmanager was unprofessional, did not communicate with the other personal what I wanted to do with the food alcohol distribution, contradicted and did not reply to my emails. the bartenders and other staff were very friendly! However, this whole inn was held by this a event manager, which is why I do not recommend to be held here. also the microphone was broken.
