You feel like you're stepping back in time. To the heady days of Flappers and Art Deco. Whether you're looking for a glitzy bauble to adorn yourself. Or something a little bit different for the man in your life. A keepsake for a new baby. Harpur Finch should definitely be a place you visit. They have gifts for Weddings, Christenings, all the usual special days; Mothers, Fathers, Easter and of course Christmas. They have a beautiful collection for babies and young children. Whatever the occasion I'm sure you'll find that something special. They have a great selection of cards. Also offer a gift wrapping service. Just know that it's sure to become one of your favourites very quickly. Don't be put off by the lavish decor. Prices range from very reasonable to moderate to slightly expensive. The quality is excellent across the board. What could be better? Well at the back of the shop, there is a beautiful tea room. You can just pop in for a refreshing brew or make a booking for afternoon tea. Complete with tasty sandwiches and scrumptious cake. You won't be disappointed.
It was a lovely afternoon spent at this restaurant. I went with my mother and young son, and they were very accommodating when it came to providing nutritious options. They even offered a special children's tea in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my little one enjoyed having his own mini teapot.
