Have recently moved to the neighbourhood of Hamilton and have been trying the local places around Portside. Was pleasantly surprised to see a quirky burger joint amongst the hustle of Portside to kill the craving.I'll first start off by saying that if you've been to Da'Burger, you'll have to enter this place with an open mind. The style and vibe of the joint and burgers is very American (minus the grease - which is a good thing). The selection of burgers is good (if a bit small, and almost impossible for vegetarians just fyi), however the buns were fluffy and light and the contents of the burger itself was tasty and filling (in a good way, not the I won't to vomit later). Service was great and staff were very friendly. The burgers were quite flavoursome however lacked lettuce and did not leave me wanting more. The pulled pork had too much sauce which over powered the burger.The burgers are very small and I was still hungry after the experience. The loaded fries unfortunately did not meet my wife's expectations compared to other well known burger joints. The bacon was not very crispy, simply chucked on with shallots and a little bit of melted cheese.The roll of white paper towel plonked on most tables was a bad look and it felt cheap and nasty.Won't be coming back anytime soon as I can make a better option at home.
Harry’s is another American style burger bar that also sells alcohol. It’s certainly got a nice vibe and the staff were friendly. There is a good menu and a gluten free bun is available. We didn’t wait long for our food, which was nicely presented. Price was average. The burgers were a good size for us. We find some of the bigger burgers around too messy to eat and too filling. The chips were good although the sweet potato chips had a lot of salt and sugar on them. The non-alcoholic drink selection was fairly limited. (Some nice American Sodas would have been good) All up a good burger joint though and we’ll certainly go again.
So Harry's is an palace of burger deliciousness. I love this joint. Great value, delicious burgers and sides.......what more could you ask for. Oh that's right a pint of beer WHICH THEY DO AS WELL. This burger joint is seriously the best thing since sliced bread. Thank you Harry (who ever you may be) for allowing me to enjoy another perfect night at portside. I if you just want an easy night out good burger in a good space Harry's is perfect for you (as it is for me.)

Being from Canada I know what a good burger and fries should be like. This "joint" has hit a home run with its food, presentation and staff. If I was staying longer I would be back there in a flash. Be sure to get the fries with your burger, they have a great seasoning on them.
Great atmosphere in this contemporary feel restauarant! All food arrived piping hot and plentiful! The Barrimundi Fish sandwich and burgers were delicious. While eating we enjoyed some "Musicsl Bingo" games which made the atmosphere more festive.
Dropped in for a burger with family and cousins. Nice place. Fruendly staff. Great burgers and sweet potato fries. Bonus was music bingo. What a hoot. Became a bit like karaoke. Kids had fun too!!
By far one of the best burger bars I have ever been to! Was worried the burgers would be huge, but they were a good size since we order sweet potato fries as well. Staff were also friendly

Visiting from America and of course I try the Burger called USA! It was delicious!!! I'll definitely be back!!!
