Our first time here. Very disorganized no direction or signs on where ordering and pick up is. The staff have zero personality or customer service, my Husband asked where we pick up and the man behind the counter literally yelled, “WE CALL IT OUT WHEN READY, BE PATIENT!” Staff seemed very unhappy. Nobody was pleasant or even smiling. The ice cream was little to be desired, nothing special. My hard scoop had freezer burn on it and I didn’t bother to address it because of the chaotic lines and the unwelcome feeling we had. I threw it out. This is a great local ice cream shop! They consistently serve hard ice cream, which happens to be my favorite. When it's available, I absolutely love their strawberry cheesecake flavor. The malt shakes are also amazing. In addition to ice cream, they offer paninis and a variety of other food options.
The service at this restaurant is fast and efficient. Even when there's a long line that extends down the block, the wait isn't too bad. It's always a letdown when they close for the season, but that makes it even more thrilling when they reopen the following year.
The 40-minute drive was definitely worth it! The meatball sub was amazing, and the Cookie Monster sundae was the best ice cream sundae I've ever tasted. This place has officially become my new favorite!

That is the creamiest soft serve! I drive out of my way to get a cone and slowly savor every bit. Can't beat it!
Best tasting ice cream we've had in several years. I also had a yuro sandwich and it was delicious.
