I’ve stayed at numerous hotels throughout my career, but I can confidently say this was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation and hasn’t been updated since it opened. The entire building had a musty smell, and it was extremely dirty. The carpets, curtains, and mattresses were old, filthy, and had a terrible odor. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and when the air conditioning broke, it soaked the room and added to the mildew stench. They attempted to patch it up but didn’t do it correctly. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and had unpleasant attitudes when it came to addressing issues. While some of the employees provided dece...

To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit broke, soaking the room and leaving a mildew odor behind. They attempted to patch it up but did not fix it properly. The front desk staff tends to have a bad attitude when issues arise, creating further inconvenience for guests. While some employees offer decent customer service, many clearly need training in how to interact with guests. One staff member, Donna—who I believe is some kind of manager from Louisiana—was especially unprofessional. She speaks rudely to guests and desperately needs a refresher course on customer service skills. Her daughter, who also works there, behaves in the same disrespectful manner. The housekeepers are frien...
We only stayed one night, less than 24 hours to split up a drive. We had the king room with a pull out couch for our two kids. The pull out couch mattress looked like a dog had chewed it up and the bar for the bed was broken. One of the kids fell down because of it. We didn't call down because it was already after 10:30 and we just needed sleep to finish our drive, so we had to prop the mattress up with the bathroom trash can. The king bed was hard and there was trash (not ours) under the bed. Rooms was very large, TV had a lot of channels, furniture was dated. The lobby and restaurant are looked nice, but we didn't stay long enough to check out the rest of the hotel.
The hotel feels very outdated. With Hilton, I expect a certain level of quality, but this place seems more like a motel than a Garden Inn. The beds are uncomfortable and the air conditioning is excessively loud. You can hear everything coming from the next room. Additionally, it seemed like someone had just been lounging in our room before we arrived, as the TV and air conditioning were both on, and the pillows were all wrinkled, as if someone had been lying on the bed. I will not be staying here again. Réservez une table maintenant
We are from the UK and my son and I visited this lovely hotel in 2012 and again in 2014. It is a wonderful hotel with the most helpful and friendly staff you could wish for. Also, the beds are the most comfortable in any hotel we have ever visited. We will always remember this place with great fondness and when we visit the US again, we will book here we dont need to look anywhere else. Thank you to all the lovely staff. Krunal at the Hilton Garden Inn DC/Greenbelt really helped me out of a bad situation. We were locked out of our airbnb and needed a room to sleep/be safe. He made it happen and also was kind enough to give us some breakfast vouchers. He was efficient and had a great bedside manner. Thanks Krunal!
Incredibly outdated. Wall paper peeling off the walls, elevators scorching hot and smellyRooms outdated. Beds hard as a rock. Sheets thin and itchy.Hot tub had weird fungus looking stuff floating around.Breakfast expensive with little options.Do not stay here.
I was having some booking issues and Michale the GM at this property helped me solved this quickly.Mukhter and Krunal at the Front Desk did a great job. GIGI at the Bar is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Breakfast Team was very helpful and Welcoming. Réservez une table maintenant
Bed is comfortable Staff is friendly and helpful not like the staff at the location in Waldorf. The food was very good. I don't know who the woman was but she cooked the chicken wings and salad to perfection. She had the sweetest spirit.
Exuberantly expensive. Rooms are not that clean, bedding, and pillows have a distinct smell. There is no value for money. However, the reception area and dining area are greatly maintained.

"The food at this restaurant is fantastic! We did have to wait about 20 minutes to be seated since we didn't make a reservation. The service was excellent. We enjoyed a brunch meal, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food and service both get a 5 rating, while the atmosphere was a 4. We highly recommend trying the Chicken and Waffles and the Salmon and Grits dishes."
