Did BYO on a Saturday afternoon with the chicka's and had my two favs: the old man and the sea roll and the tuna taco. Both were still delicious. The roll was a little smaller than I remember but still tasted amazing. Even got my non-sushi loving friend to fall in love with the tuna taco. We started with steamed and fried shumai and I typically prefer friend dumplings but in this case I preferred the steamed shumai. The food at this restaurant was incredible. I especially loved the peanut avocado roll, which I think might be the best sushi in the world! The sushi deluxe and grilled baby octopus were very fresh and delicious, and the California hand roll was amazing. Even my 10-year-old loved it. The owners were welcoming and kind, giving us samples and recommendations from the menu. The waitstaff was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The customer service was top-notch. The white tuna in the sushi deluxe was outstanding. With so many sushi places in the area, Sushi Cafe is a must-try. You won't be disappointed.
I think they're under new management. We've ordered twice in the last month and this place is the BOMB!!!! The sushi is so fresh and delicious and they always include a free item (whether it's spring rolls, small tuna pizza). So far have gotten spicy crunchy tuna and salmon rolls. My husband gave up on ordering to go sushi based on so many bad experiences in the area but he is back on board because of HHK sushi. Try it!
DO NOT ENTER this place! I spent $80 and threw out all the food. Quality of beef teriyaki was extremely poor, it was like chewing rubber. Rolls: The sushi rice was hard and avocado was brown. Golden dragon roll was bland with no taste. If I could have I would have driven back and returned the emite order. It was to go only. Food is not fresh and should've realized this while I waited and saw they had no customers.

I ordered the 3 roll combo which came with a side salad. The dining room is now open again, which is great. The staff were very friendly and even gave me a complimentary appetizer. The sushi is consistently delicious and extremely fresh.
My wife and I had a date night at this restaurant. The dining area is small but cozy. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back again.
100% go here! Forgot to take picture of the rest of my food bc everything was so delicious I couldn't wait. Fresh sushi, decent prices and lovely staff. Great place for a date night or even dinner with kids.
Good food. My wife and I did take out and it was good. Miso soup just right. Lots of food with amazing tastes. A family business serving the community.

The best sushi in Bergen county. It's so fresh. The staff is great! The presentation of the appetizers, rolls and ice cream are A+. Highly recommend.
Service a+. sushi fresh and delicious. A real treat to eat here. Received complimentary apps and mochi for dessert. BYOB which is nice too.
