Holiday Inn Manchester West, An Ihg

We stayed in a Marriott hotel for one night and decided to give this Holiday inn a try instead. What a very pleasant surprise the Staff are amazing they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The lady and gentleman on reception I think her name was Trienna and the man's name Sam I think ? But They was very welcoming and check-in was swift and hassle free. The room was perfect and comfy . The bar area is so chilled could have spent the whole day there. The bar tender was very entertaining and gave us a barrel of laughs. In all I would say this was a 5 star experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A real feel good factor at this Holiday Inn

Good experience of the Hotel. Staff is polite, Good hygiene maintenance. Although there are limited choices available in terms of food if you are vegetarian. Extremely thankful to VIK (Salok Setia) for helping and suggesting good places to eat and explore in the city. He was very proactive in taking care of the challenges we faced in the beginning. He made sure that we feel comfortable during our stay in hotel. Would definitely choose this Holiday Inn when next time in need of hotel.

The friendly and helpful staff cleanliness and location. Superb breakfast. Hidden stars were our bedroom cleaners. The first hotel in 50 years where on arrival our room was ready. We were just made to feel welcome even though the young barman pressed the wrong button £10 for a bottle of beer. Only one thing hotel needs to check. The batteries in the TV remote control.

Fantastic staff who gave us a warm welcome and were really helpful. Nice clean room. Breakfast was relaxed and plenty on offer. Car park great and it was easy to walk into Manchester City and also to Old Trafford. We will stay again. Réservez une table maintenant

Clean, nice room, well appointed. Staff are all good. Lovely lady in the cafe in the morning was amazing, lovely little note on the coffee and great customer service skills.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay here. Affordable price and in an easy enough location to get to. Staff were friendly, beds were super comfy and the breakfast was great.

A decent and clean hotel. You can easily walk in to the center of Manchester, its not a very scenic walk. Given the price, I would say it is an overall recommendation.
