We were excited to sample a flight of new cocktails. I'm not much of a drinker, but the Spicy Paloma and Blackberry Smash were both refreshing and delicious. For my appetizer, I ordered the fried green tomatoes, which were decent but a bit bland in flavor. The coating didn’t stick well, making them tricky to eat. My spouse chose the deviled eggs, and we both agreed they were so good that we’d come back just to have those again.

Unfortunately, not the experience it was hyped up to be. Looking past the Christmas and video game music that was playing, for me it was how the server handled the cold steak I received. The other two guests that were with me had a perfect plate. My ribeye looked like breakfast ham and curled up a lot on the sides. This place is only open two nights a week Fri and Sat. I went in on a Sat night at 7:30 the place was 90% empty almost no one. The host, a guy with long, straggly unkept hair, says to me, Hey man, we don 't take walk ins. You got to have a reservation. I told him his dining room was almost totally empty on a Saturday night he didn 't care. He kept calling me man . How low class to address a guest constantly as man instead of sir . I guess I see why The Final Cut is empty.

I was eager to check out this restaurant after its format change, and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is a bit more casual now, and the menu reflects that as well. The bar area has a cozy, rustic vibe that makes it inviting. The food was tasty and served promptly. I have a couple of suggestions for the dining space: it would be nice to have some background music, and perhaps they could reconsider the use of the heavy paper table covers.
Friday night and the place was nearly empty. Ordered an iced tea and a bowl of French Onion soup. 15 minutes later, I got my iced tea. Another 10 minutes for the soup. The soup was good.Ordered the prime rib. The meat was good, but it did have a bit of a kerosene taste to it.The waiter came by one time during the meal to check if I needed anything. Had been out of tea for a while already.I'd suggest going to Charlie Gitto's instead.
I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant after its rebranding and menu change, and I was absolutely impressed! This is undoubtedly the best decision Hollywood Casino has made regarding their restaurant offerings. The food was fantastic, and the prices were quite reasonable considering the portion sizes. I was thoroughly pleased and will definitely be returning!
Dinner was delicious as always, we ordered the &55 dollar prime rib dinner. We had to wait a really long time for our appetizer and salads.
