We spent our vacation in Carbondale, CO, and dined at this diner on our first night. I ordered the fried chicken, and it was the best I've ever had! We loved it so much that we went back for dinner on our last night just so I could have the chicken again! I'm craving it even now! They also serve the best shakes and desserts around. Our server, Katie, went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Thank you, Katie, for bringing a little taste of Iowa to Colorado!
The fried chicken here is remarkable, and the views are breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the bacon-wrapped chicken meatball. The Brussels sprouts were incredibly tasty as well. The menu offers classic dishes with some interesting choices. This place is definitely worth a visit!
The decor is fantastic, and the food is even better. Their hot sauce might just be the hidden gem of the menu. I absolutely love their pancakes, and the avocado toast is quite good as well. The fried chicken is excellent—definitely the best in town!
Honey Butter serves straightforward comfort food, executed exceptionally well. I've sampled nearly everything on their menu, and it always delivers. It’s no surprise, given that the owners also run Slow Groovin in Marble. Definitely worth a visit! Réservez une table maintenant
Honey Butter is a true hidden gem. This is one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere is really unique. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
Classic old school dinner. Fantastic atmosphere and located near our hotel. Had Huevos Rancheros, it was fantastic. My daughter had biscuits and grave. The biscuits were a little heavy
I am a huge fan of the breakfast at Honey Butter, and I'm thrilled that they now offer Slow Groovin BBQ a few nights each week! It always makes for a wonderful experience.
