I absolutely love Honey Dew Donuts! The women working at the window are all incredibly sweet—can't single out just one because every single one is wonderful. One of them reminds me of a lady who used to work at the Dunkin' Donuts on Belmont, who always asked if you wanted anything else, like a muffin or donut, and her charm made it hard to say no. Well, Honey Dew Donuts has someone just like her. She’s amazing. The Honey Dew on Pleasant really makes my mornings pleasant (see what I did there, lol).
At this location, the staff is very accommodating, and there is a fantastic selection of food and beverages. However, it would be helpful to have an outdoor sign displaying the hours of operation, as this could attract more customers.
I was served by an employee named Fabiola. It took her around 10 minutes to deliver my order, which was quite frustrating.
Order 2 ice coffee with Carmel swirl but got just an ice coffee instead. But they have always done a good job in the past

Easy to enter and no trouble exiting the lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space.
As long as honey dew is available, I won't step foot in Dunkin'... end of story.
I had the best breakfast sandwich here of any locations. Service was courteous.
The frozen drinks are excellent, but the employees didn't seem very cheerful.
