Came to this location for the first time and my server was sweet, but i guess because they were closing we weren't getting the best service, once we got our food we had asked for our drinks twice and then asked for them again towards the end, the bartender told our server that the bar was closed and the ticket got lost. Did the ticket get lost or are you just trying to leave faster?? I understand because I work at a restaurant but on a Monday night when there is 3 tables in the restaurant you cant get bar glasses and mix 2 drinks??? make it make sense. For my first time at this location the experience was disgusting
I really liked the ambiance of the restaurant. Was very clean and maintained. The seafood was cooked perfect. I will say at first. I did not like the seafood as much. Because of the lack of salty seasoning. I had ordered the house sauce and spicy. Itwas barely spicy and I felt it had no flavor. However midway through eating I starting dipping the seafood heavily into thesauce from the steamer bag. The more I at the more I liked the food. And it became more spicy and flavorful. By the time I wasdone. I was hungry for more.
Today was my first time at hook and reel!! The atmosphere was amazing !! I love that TouchTunes is available so I can choose my own tunes.The happy hour is out of this world !! The fact that it’s 2-7 pm!! The voodoo lemonade drink was my favorite!! It had all the right ingredients!!The whole five stars goes to Andre the bartender he has so much personality, happiness and passion. He’s a hard worker also, he really was doing the bar and tables. I will be back just to see him. Thank you for a great time !!

I love this restaurant! This was my first time dining at this location and by far I received the best service here. My waitress Shakirah took care of me and my party and the service I received was excellent. She was so attentive and personable. She was friendly, funny, and most of all made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask.
I enjoyed this experience. I w joy my food more when I eat bare handed when at home so being able to do the same in public is great. They?ll give you plastic hand gloves and apron to protect clothes from sauce splattering while eating. The hook reelspecial sauce is so good. I will come back again and again for this. Price is worth it.
My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Hook Reel! The hostess was extremely polite and accommodating. They offer a full bar, and I tried the watermelon tini, which was delicious and only $6! The food was outstanding; we ordered the Cajun Combo Boil. Our server, Xiomara, was truly the best! We will definitely be returning!
This place is great! I’ve had boil before where it’s over cooked but this place is perfect every time. Also Mercedes, is awesome! She’s very truthful and informative about the menu options and always makes sure you have a drink in front of you!
