I spent $52 on two bowls, a quesadilla with chips and salsa, and two drinks, and I can safely say I did not receive good value for my money. The manager served me the tiniest scoop of vegetables I've ever encountered, and when I politely requested an additional scoop, I was told I'd be charged extra for it. I also paid an extra $3.00 for a small side of queso and asked for the salsa that was missing from my chips and salsa. When I inquired about getting a second small cup of salsa for my second meal deal, the cashier argued with me, insisting that the $3.00 queso I purchased counted as my salsa. I did not have high expectations when placing an order at Hot Head Burrito in person, but sadly, even that low bar was not meant. The beans and rice were overcooked, bland, and simply tasted old. The chicken was rubbery, overly sour, and salty. It seemed like it was from the bottom of a pan. I had the Chicken Power Bowl, and I do not know if this item was meant to be cold, but it certainly was. I question the time temperature hold time on the items placed in this meal. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was charged for chips and salsa, but they forgot to serve them to me and then the staff argued with me about it. This is my second visit, and I can confidently say I won't be returning. I'll be sharing my experience with everyone I know because I truly felt scammed, and the food was subpar.

Food is always decent. The chicken bowl is what I got. Always get sauce on the side. And get lettuce on side of you plan on not finishing that day. Overall good experience this trip
Food was great, service was fine, the staff was loud and seemed to think they were there to hang out and goof off. One guy, who I think was the manager, was using foul language.
Much better than Chipotle because Hothead's offers a variety of sauces. Plus, there's a significantly lower risk of food-borne illnesses.
The ideal place for burritos in Hermitage. Always a good meal, and staff always friendly
