Hotel Heiden - Réserver une table

Bo's Restaurant in the Heiden hotel was just too expenisve. The pumpkin soup was light, tasty, and servered elegantly but was that all really necessary? I can't justify spending CND, about dollar of which went towards purchasing the pumpkin and the remainder spent...on the soup's accompanyments; quince cigar (rolled up quince in a waffer thin piece of pumkernickel bread), fancy soup bowl (too many words are necessary to describe it), and service presentation. I resent spending my vacation money on presentation. As for the roast duckling it was served nicely with mashed potatoes and what I would estimate to be or was it brussel sprout leaves placed around, and on the mound, of the mashed pota...

I had dinner here days ago. I was pretty tired but when I have been here I felt relaxed and better. I remember I had a vegetarian meal and was really surprised about the quality and how they serve on the plate. High level

Their Menu was fabulous. With my special dietary needs, I didn't need to change anything in the Menu, it was all completely "healthy", creative and delicious. That Maroni Mousse with Sweet Potato crisps was heavenly.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Bo's after a full day hicking in the Appenzell area. The food is fresh and a good selection of dishes. The prices are at the high end but worth its spend

We enjoyed a perfect dinner, friendly staff at the terrace of Bo’s. Unfortunately no views at the Boden See, but the excellent food compensated enough
