When we ordered our food the waiter explained to us, that it is not possible to decide on the dessert later on. He did not accept that we order that later. We will just be "allowed" to order some cheese. Never heard that. It's okay, if I have to wait for an additional course, that I order later on, but the service refuses to take the order? Not acceptable for me.The "foie gras poêle" that my wife ordered was burnt. We told the waiter about that. Before he even looked at her dish he shouted "no, that's impossible". Nous étions 14 à dîner dans ce restaurant tenu par une famille, la nourriture était délicieuse et bien que le service était un peu lent, en raison du grand nombre de personnes dans notre groupe, ils semblaient bien gérer la situation. Malgré la tempête de cette nuit-là, les clients continuaient d'affluer pour profiter de la nourriture et du vin, à part notre groupe.
We regularly eat in this area and have been dining here a couple of times a year for the past few years. It is really good to see that a restaurant retains its standards - as excellent as ever, staff very helpful and friendly, food - great flavours and beautiful presentation. Dessert - caramelised pineapple and banana in rum, to die for!
Our first visit to the Belvedere and we were not disappointed. Beautifully cooked, seasoned and presented food. Service could have been a little faster, but to be honest the restaurant was very busy and the wait was worth it. Don't really know how they can do 2 courses for €20! Les options du menu étaient un peu décevantes, cependant la nourriture était bien cuite et agréable. Il n'y avait qu'un seul serveur qui était incroyablement occupé car toutes les tables extérieures étaient occupées, y compris un grand groupe. Le service était bon compte tenu de cela.
Nous avons déjeuné au Belvédère. La nourriture était correcte, j'ai pris le plat "tout saumon", très bon et bien préparé. Ma femme a commandé le canard, demandé à être cuit à point mais est arrivé presque tartare. Le café avec les trois petits desserts était une réussite.
