House Of Buddha - Réservation de table

Since Covid (as of July 2023) there is no in restaurant service, which is a shame since they had renovated the restaurant nicely. We live an hour from Georgetown but whenever we are anywhere nearby we are certain to order takeout today, as many many times in the past years, the food was outstanding. The style is Canadian Chinese food but we have yet to find a better place serving this style of Chinese food. I don 't undertand the overly negative reviews some seem a bit suspect......anyway definitely worth a try if you are in the area and like North American/Chinese food.

Absolutely no taste, flavour, chicken fried rice, chicken balls….worst yet and very expensive. Been eating here for 40yrs definitely after Covid new chefs etc wheels have definitely fallen off. My kids won’t eat it I’ve been pushing to believe food’s good but we are absolutely done. ?

I love Chinese Food but I find it hard to find good Chinese food. I don't care for Buffets so I tried House of Buddha and loved it. I really could not find anything wrong with it. So yes I would highly recommend it.

Literally best Chinese food in Georgetown. We come from Toronto where there’s an endless supply of Chinese cuisine. Their chickens wings so crispy and not overly breaded, 10/10 glad they’re in Georgetown! Réservez une table maintenant

The food is so yummy! The handmade pan fried dumplings are so crispy and juicy. The chicken chop suey is very good, the beansprouts are jam packed with flavour and the chicken is super juicy and tender.

Best Chinese spot for miles, people drive back here after they move away. Rainbow chop in crystal fold is a fave...

Closed for dine in. Delivery is very slow. Pickup not much better. A shame they can't hire ppl to speed things Réservez une table maintenant

Did take out for the first time and they sent chicken fried rice burnt. Never will I order from here again.
