Houston's - Réserver une table

I would’ve given a 1-star rating, if it wasn’t for their manager, Sapphire. My coworkers and I made a reservation for a party of 4 on a Tuesday night (when it’s fairly less crowded). 1 more coworker ended up wanting to join, so we called Houston’s to see if we can add 1 more to our reservation. The lady who picked up sounded rude, and let us know we would have to give up our reservation if we don’t stick with our original reservation. We said that was unfair and was about to ask to speak to the manager when she herself actually got on the line, apologized for the disappointing service, and this was an unacceptable behavior on their end. Always have a great time celebrating at Houston’s. We always order the salmon appetizer and spinach&artichoke dip. For dinners we do the Hawaiian ribeye, cheeseburger and ribs. Everything is so tasty and delicious. The service is also top notch. I will admit it’s really hard to get a reservation which is sometimes annoying BUT the food is worth it.

Lunch on a early weekday. Always a wait. Today April was our Server, what a magnetic Woman. She was so professional and charismatic. We patronize Houston’s throughput the year buy this was our best experience at the table. Ribs Tun Salad Old Fashioned Beautiful restaurant Ambience Delicious food and drinks

We ordered smoked salmon as starter, tuna salad and Hawaii steak. Salmon was slightly more peppered than before. Instead of French fries we got kale salad. All was delicious! Nice intimate atmosphere and fast service. Definitely, our fav place to come!
