As you walk through the doors, you're immediately greeted by an unpleasant odor from the restrooms. Inside, the ceiling is covered in mold, and water is dripping from the air conditioning unit right onto an unfortunate family's table. If that isn’t bad enough, as you venture further into the dining area, you'll notice your shoes sticking to the floor, as if it hasn’t been swept or mopped in ages.

On October 2, 2022, at 10:55 AM, my family and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the IHOP in Mount Dora/Eustis. Despite our waitress being very polite, the manager and staff served our meals at completely different times. My plate only arrived after everyone else at the table had finished eating. When it came time to pay, my mother was forced to wait far too long, adding to an already unpleasant visit. I hold the managers and staff fully responsible for this poor experience, which overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable meal from IHOP’s menu.
First time at this location and the employees are so nice The food was great and the manager when went above and beyond when I ordered a chocolate shake and they were out of chocolate syrup. I saw him fly out the door and found out he ran to the store and got chocolate syrup for me so I could have my milkshake ? They could have just told me they were out but didn't! The server was adorable and so kind. Wish I remembered her name. She was on the 3-10 shift on 3/3/22. We will definitely be back ??
The food was excellent, and our server, Marsia, was fantastic—she went above and beyond to accommodate our large group of nine. My only concern is that although the restaurant looks fairly new or recently renovated, the ceiling tiles showed mold and water stains, likely from the AC unit. That definitely needs to be addressed, as it’s not the best impression when you first walk in. Overall, great service!

It's been a while since my last visit. I decided to try their pumpkin pancakes and they did not disappoint. I paired them with the combo platter, and everything was cooked perfectly. My wife ordered an omelette, which she said was one of the best she's ever had. The waitress was friendly, polite, and attentive. If you're looking to try something different, I recommend giving this place a shot.
I love their omelets, but on Monday morning 6/13 you lost me as a customer. We sat near the kitchen at 9 a.m. and had difficulty talking about the loud voices and laughing in the kitchen by many of the staff. There was no attempt by the staff to be calmer upon request. They were not busy and were happy, BUT, very disturbing.
Location: ????? Very nice area, inside Eustis Plaza. Inside: ???? Kind of small, floors weren't very clean. Food was great, tables and everything else were very clean. Service: ????? Even though it was quite slow, they only had one cook doing 4 tables, cant blame them for that. The staff was very polite and helpful.
The food was fantastic. Our server, Faith, could have used some extra help since she was handling everything by herself, but she did an excellent job overall.
