We had a wonderful experience during our visit, thanks to a lovely woman named Magali who assisted us. She was exceedingly patient while we placed our orders and made sure we had everything we needed. Magali checked on us frequently and maintained a really positive attitude throughout our time there. Although there was a mix-up with my order, I wasn’t bothered because everything else was correct, and she promptly resolved the issue without any hesitation. Another lovely staff member named Jasmine also came by to ensure we were comfortable. The restaurant was clean, and our food arrived in a timely manner. I am so disappointed in this ihop because I love ihop however, this place was terrible. My waiter did not feel like working that day and it was slow so I don't understand why she was acting like she was so busy. We was waiting for over 30 minutes before she took our order and I wanted turkey bacon and they ran out of turkey bacon, so I just ordered a omelet. When the omelette arrives, it's not even my order and she tried to convince me I ordered the item she brought until my husband had to tell her exactly what I ordered and showed her it on the menu then she rushes and brings back my correct order in one second so that proves she doesn't know what she's doing. The experience was quite ordinary overall. Normally, I have a clever tale to share, but not this time, so I’ll just invent one. As I entered, beads of sweat trickled down my face as I scanned the crowd for any hints of danger. I had been fleeing from the revenants that had invaded my neighborhood, and to my surprise, none had made their way to the local IHOP. Relieved, I sat down for a cup of coffee, when a member of the waitstaff approached me with a peculiar question: "Why are you still reading this?"
IHOP has good food but a little slow on service in the evening. I'm thinking not enough staff. But the waitress was nice, and the restaurant was clean.

We stopped by after a stroll and were delighted by the freshness of the food. The tea was outstanding, and the service was exceptional.
Food sucked. Food was cold. Serves sucked. Not a clean restaurant. Never again. Would give them a 0 if I could.
