The cover of a ketchup stick found at the bottom of the bowl of green salad; no one eats it at our table. We report the problem: they question our word and offer to reimburse us for €1 for the salad (on a €68 ticket). We were made to return to our table twice to look for the receipt, then our credit card, without any kindness... They seemed annoyed, what a shame! Whose fault is it ? Disgusted on all levels... Sucks

I went to the self this Friday the 10th for lunch, a starter then a skewer with fries. a piece of flan, I still regret it I've been sick since Friday as soon as I left the table, I threw up on the way home, and I've had hiccups for 3 days and a loose stomach.
