This is my next door yard so I am always there. If you compare Il Destino with L'Incontro, in Il Destino you get better food, a much better portion for almost half of the price. Two people can eat there for CHF 45. I tried...pizzas and pasta, really good food. Restaurant is Italian, run by Portuguese with a French chef. Staff are really really lovely. Indoor seating is like a normal restaurant, not bad but also not too cozy. Outdoor seating is a very simple place with plastic white chairs, so do not expect much but good food, portion, price and service.
Pretty much as good as it gets in Geneva. OK, you still have your eyes taken out when buying a pizza, but it's (relatively) good value, the service is warm consistently friendly, the place is cheesy and fantastic because of it and the food...is perfect it is what it is. A basic pizzaria with no frills and every time we (begrudgingly) visit Geneva we stop by.
Heartwarming welcome. Friendly and very smiling waiter. Their cocktails good. I ordered a lemon chicken, the chicken was not even cooked yet frozen inside but cooked from the outside too bad it really disgusted me I didn't eat anything from my plate apart from a piece of cooked chicken . No commercial gesture from the restaurant
The welcome and kindness of all the staff are exceptional! Always fresh, up-to-the-minute cuisine, absolutely recommended for all occasions. On my birthday there were 22 of us and we had a magical time with the surprise of seeing the room and the tables beautifully decorated with flowers Thank you for all these moments

There are many restaurants in that street, so some time ago, we wanted to taste pizza in each and we started with IL DESTINO. We never moved to another restaurant, because there we found the taste we were looking for... Always happy to go back...to IL DESTINO. It is a nice, little, friendly place with excellent pizza.
I am a geneva that stopped and visited my share of pizzerias, but that my favorites. it is not the top or the most beautiful, but I like it. the pizzas are delicious and are cooked on a wood fire. but most. all the waiter smiles always! I was at least five times, and I was never disappointed.
The best family restaurant in Geneva, I highly recommend it, super competent employees, top service, well done to all the staff.
