4 months later and still messed up.. once again forgot side of ranch.. Last night, I called my mom for the usual pizza order, and I even mentioned which branch to go to. Well, it turns out I was mistaken! We arrived 30 minutes later to pick up our pizzas, only to find out she had ordered from a different Belleville location. We couldn't help but laugh about it. However, the guy at the pickup window, I'm pretty sure his name was Kevin, took care of our order and, believe it or not, within 10 minutes we had our XL pizzas exactly how we wanted them. This was by far the best fast food service I've ever experienced when it comes to pizza. Kevin definitely deserves a raise! This is hands down my favorite location.
Forgot part of my order, and got upset i wanted it. When I went to get my food, i discovered the sandwich was smashed beyond recognition and littered with bits of foil mixed in. The paper was also open on both ends, so it went straight on the floor. I asked for a refund and was immediately sworn at, told off, and refused service for saying the food was inedible. Upon calling another store to report him, i learned the manager is a known POS. worst experience ever
Don’t order here. I ordered online picked up. They forgot a whole topping on my pizza. The manager told me I can either bring the pizza back and swap for a new one but I lived 15 minutes away. He stated that he will apply a credit but never did. I called a few days later to make a order with my suppose to be credit of course he acted lost. He stated my phone number have no credit. Moral of the story, He lied to me. I won’t be returning.

I can't comment on the food at this location because, despite having one of the largest buildings among all the IMO's in Belleville, this is the only one that doesn't offer indoor dining. They want our business and money, but they don't provide a welcoming place for us to enjoy our meals. I’ll choose to support the smaller IMO's, like the one on W. Main, that do allow customers to dine in.
This location Imos has gotten very nasty, and customer service is HORRIBLE. The pizza I received wasnt cooked all the way through.. soggy runny the chese was still white not cooked through. I spoke to a Tamara if thats even her real name she was very rude difficult. If you want a good Imos pizza I would suggest going to St Louis. Do not order from here especially prepay before delivery.
If you place a pickup order, be prepared to wait in a drive-thru. May as well get delivery if you want it warm. They also got my order wrong and this is 2 times in a row. Oh well, 1 star is what it shall be.
I love Imo's, but I've noticed they've become a bit stingy lately with their portions. I ordered a bacon jalapeño pizza and was disappointed to find that several slices had little to no toppings!

Never again.. I can put parmesan on a frozen pizza at home, and save 30 dollars
I absolutely love Imo's! I drive 20 minutes just to get it from a nearby town.
