Rally's - Réserver une table

I was highly disappointed with my food this last visit. I normally speak highly of this location. For years every single time I ordered food from them it was FRESH tasted great! However, my last visit was the complete opposite to the point I took my foodback for a refund. Idk if they have some new kids working there but they kept getting my order wrong along with another customerthat came back because they forgot something in her order. I will say though that the workers were really friendly despite that is super important to me. Hopefully they fix the issue!

I used to love the food at this restaurant, especially their French fries. However, during my last visit, I was very disappointed because the ice machine was broken and the "big fry" I ordered was mostly just cardboard and the size of a small fry. My friend even went back to ask for more fries or a refund, but they couldn't do anything for us. So we ended up without our strawberry vanilla ice cream and the big fry I was looking forward to. It was a very disappointing experience and I would have given them a 6 out of 10 stars if it wasn't for this last visit.

Literally the worst fast food place I've been in Illinois. I was greeted by a teenager clearly under the influence. She had proceeded to mess up my order which is no biggy, it happens but then treats me very unprofessionally and proceeds to bedifficult through the entire process of getting my order right. Food was cold and not prepared well. Staff was very rude andunhelpful. My sincerest apologies to who ever manages this establishment.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, there is always a 15-minute wait, with only 2 cars in the parking lot. It's frustrating when they tell you the system will be back in 15 minutes. Do they even consider their customers?

It seems that there may be a staffing problem at this restaurant, as slow service was evident during my visit. However, the staff maintained good attitudes despite the challenges, and the food was fresh and very good.
