Absolutely the WORST experience at a restaurant. Placed a delivery order at 9pm. Was told it would be 40 min. An hour and half later I polity called to check on the order and was told it was out for delivery and would here soon. 45 min later still no food! Called store again and am told I don't know what happened to your order. Asked for a manager and he answers and said yes. I started talking and he hung up on me! Called back and was told we don't know what happened to your order. We can cancel it for you. I said no everyone else is closed now. How long on my order. He says he doesn't know where his delivery driver is so he's not sure. I ended up having to go pick the order up 3 HOURS later...
IMO?s has been a family favorite all my life, but our experience last Saturday was terrible. The service was very slow and when the food did come, several people in our group were missing items from their order, which took two tries to remedy (and the missing items were easy things like salads, crackers, etc. . The salads were not up to their usual standards when they arrived?the lettuce was wilted, and the salad had hardly any cheese on it. Also, we were eating it at the restaurant, so you?d think our pizza would have been hot. Unfortunately it was ice cold and also seemed slightly over cooked. My husband already thinks they are overpriced, so it will be difficult to convince him to eat the...
During our recent visit to St. Louis, where I wanted to share some of my hometown favorites with my husband, we encountered a few disappointments. However, IMo's was not one of them. It was absolutely outstanding in every aspect. The service was exceptional, thanks to the fantastic team at the South County location across from the mall. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, it was remarkable. We ordered a large pizza, two different pasta dishes, and garlic cheese bread for four adults, and we finished every bit of it! It was a wonderful experience, and I want to express my sincere gratitude. Thank you!
I received a pizza with the cardboard stuck to the bottom because it melted onto the box, and it wasn't even sliced; it was just plopped on the box. I also ordered six hot wings, which should have been coated in hot or buffalo sauce, but they were nearly bone dry. The staff was quite rude; they didn’t greet customers as they came in and took their time to assist. It's disappointing that I have to travel further just to enjoy food from the same restaurant. It's truly shameful.

I ordered a pizza with multiple toppings, but the cook, Tom Conlon, told me I couldn't have that many. I asked him where it was mentioned that there’s a limit on toppings, and I felt it was rude for him to say that. Although he did apologize, the experience was still quite unpleasant. I've been to that location several times before and never encountered any issues.
I can't recommend this place highly enough! I traveled from Kentucky for a lacrosse tournament and was told by a friend that we had to visit. Everything we tried—pizza, garlic cheese bread, and pasta—was incredible. The staff was fantastic, too. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for the lunch special two days in a row. This place is a must-try!
Fernando is fantastic! We encountered a minor issue with our order, but he took excellent care of us and was a pleasure to work with! We've ordered from this Imo's several times, and the food is always great! Thank you, Fernando, and to your entire staff!
I chose to eat here after discovering that other nearby restaurants were too crowded or had no available seating. I was hungry and didn't want to wait.
