I had my first experience at In Out Kitchen and I ordered takeout online. The food was hot and ready when I arrived. This is the fourth Middle Eastern restaurant we've tried in Pensacola, and it's definitely the best. The interior is clean and tidy, and I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. The lamb chops were fantastic—tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The hummus was the best I've ever had, and the garlic sauce and tzatziki were also excellent, along with the kafta kabob. We've finally found our go-to Middle Eastern restaurant!
The service was terrible. A family sitting next to me requested hot sauce, and the waiter said he’d check on it but never returned. The woman eventually had to shout across the room for him, and I don't think he even acknowledged her. I definitely won't be going back. Additionally, there was a guy playing videos on his phone that could be heard over the house music—not the kind of ambiance I enjoy while dining. I placed a to-go order and left, never to return.
I really enjoyed the food and the service at this restaurant. I discovered it through a Google search for vegetarian options. Being 25% Greek, I have a deep appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine, and I hadn't found a favorite spot in the area until now. I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food and the attentive service. The falafel was outstanding! The baklava looks delicious, but I'm too full to try it right now, so I’ll save it for later.
Based on a recent article in local newspaper, we decided to check this place out. Wow! We were not disappointed. We were met my a very pleasant young man from Jordan as we walked in, and then met the owner Mohammed from Lebanon. The food was fresh and delicious with authentic spices. We tried the steak/chicken/kofta kebabs over rice with baba ganoush, tsaziki, and hummus, all were fantastic. Definitely will return for more!!! So glad we found this place. We stopped for takeout lunch on our way to the beach, and we were amazed at how delicious everything was, especially the chicken kebabs. They were marinated to perfection! The service was exceptional as well. They initially forgot to include tzatziki in our bag, but when I went back in, they kindly gave me an extra for the inconvenience. I really wish this place were closer to home!
Went for a late lunch with my husband. I got the falafel wrap with fries and loved it. My husband got the sampler, and they were happy to make substitutions to make it vegan for him. The server was wonderful and attentive. Got to hear a funny conversation from the kitchen. I'm gladly looking forward to going back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
The food was delicious! I love all the veggie options, and they cooked their falafel perfectly! Sierra was such a sweetie and even shared some froggie facts while I was there! 10/10 would recommend Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend
