Dear Indys team, I would like to share my disappointment regarding my experience at the LAAX OPEN. While Indys is generally a great place, my entry experience was extremely frustrating. After waiting in line for an hour, I watched as some guests were given priority entry for no apparent reason after ingratiating themselves with the bouncer. When I politely asked why I had to wait and others were allowed in without waiting, the bouncer was rude and turned me away. This behavior on the part of the security service is unacceptable and intolerable for me. I hope the team recognizes the seriousness of this matter and takes appropriate measures to ensure such incidents are avoided in the future.
Man wird leider nicht bedient.. und auch das rückgeld wird nur sehr unfreiwillig zurückgegeben. Das finde ich sehr schade, wenn das trinkgeld beim servicepersonal bereits „inbegriffen“ ist. Ich gebe sehr gerne trinkgeld, wenn ich dafür auch einen guten service erhalte. Schade!!
