In-N-Out hamburger is one great burger that no one could ever copy! Today when I went into the In-N-Out hamburger I ordered the number 3 combo, the person that took my order was very helpful me sitting there waiting for my order I could see great teamwork with all the employees very well clean place friendly people are very polite the workers very professional I give him a 10 star....

Tonight turned out to be a very disappointing evening. My double- double hamburger was made very sloppy, couldn't taste the cheese, and the buns were burnt! my strawberry shake also had a weak taste. May as well have been bland vanilla. Although I understand they had to raise the prices, quality should NEVER be compromised! I should have gone to BRAVO BURGER! ???

lines are always gonna be long. prices have always been pretty competitive, even cheaper than some of the national chains out there (looking at you carls). the taste is consistent from store to store. burgers are always made to order. the fries could be better sometimes, but no big deal. best thing of all, they hardly, if EVER, mess up orders.

They always get our orders right and the staff is always friendly. PRO TIP- when driving east on grand, enter right before the Starbucks entrance. Sometimes the line gets really long and this puts you right at the end of the line instead of needing to go all the way around the parking lot if you enter at the earlier light.

First time trying In-n-out as a Oklahoman and it was pretty good! I think Braums is better. However for how expensive most things are in California, you can get a pretty good meal here for a decent price!
