We had our office x-mass party lunch here.The place is simple, clean and with super friendly staff.Menu was simple, straight forward but food was lovely. I had Barramundi and other people had Stake and Lamb, all said it was fantastic. This is on the busy Botany Road but inside was quite and cool. It was a rainy day so we were inside; otherwise shady outside is lovely to enjoy a drink.Iron Duke is highly recommended if you are in the Alexandria or Green Square area.

Attended for a business lunch meeting, ordering on arrival. 45 minutes into our meeting we asked where our meals were as fellow customers that arrived after us were served. After being told it would be another 20 minutes we waited. Upon asking after 20 minutes how it was going we were told 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we asked for our money back and ended up at maccas. It wasn't overly busy and the attitude and lack of care shown by the staff was deplorable.

The pub was fantastic, especially because of the beer garden. In my opinion, a great beer garden really sets a pub apart. But it wasn't just the beer garden that impressed me - being able to relax out back on a nice day with a beer and a book was amazing. This pub definitely exceeded my expectations. They also had a great variety of beers, which I really enjoyed. You can't go wrong with the Iron Duke. Réservez une table maintenant

Rather like the Glenmore this pub is empty and has no character, however the outside area is the best part of the pub. The menu is good ranging from Kangeroo to snapper to excellent steaks. Most dishes are served with a salad and chips, the food is actually quite good. The steaks are really top class, served with amazing pepper source! Good and cheap wine list !

I recently had the best fries in Sydney at this restaurant! The portion sizes are generous, the staff are friendly, and the venue is spacious and clean, making it perfect for large groups. The atmosphere attracts a diverse and laid-back crowd. Make sure to visit on a Friday to see the attractive firefighters who frequent the place!

mid priced good fresh food for a local pub, better than fast food across the street and modern clean interior, friendly staff always, have had lunches and dinners there many times it is local

Food's not exactly to die for, but does the job. For $10 you can't really go wrong. Drinks are averagely priced but wouldn't dare order a cocktail. There's a reason it's usually empty. Réservez une table maintenant

This is my local after work spot with friends. Good outdoor seating area and a decent schnitty. The bar staff is friendly but not the fastest. It's an after work pub that is reliable.

Great for a casual pub lunch . Love the chicken tenders , it's almost all I ever order now. Salads are great too. Friendly service each time. Great outside area for sunny lunch days
