These were the most disappointing wings I've truly ever had. It was as if they microwaved Tyson frozen chicken nuggets from the grocery store. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they forgot the sauce, but actually they put the smallest spoonful of sauce on the bottom of the container and threw the wings on top of it. They forgot the ranch. They were supposed to walk it to the car which never happened and we eventually gave up and went inside to grab it ourselves. This became one of my deepest regrets. I am so sorry for anyone that had to eat this. What more can I say? They did not give an option for zero stars.
I placed an online order with them over two years ago, and ever since, I've been inundated with endless emails. Despite unsubscribing more than two dozen times, I still receive emails from them every week. I've reached out to their corporate office about this, but the emails keep coming. Out of spite, I've refused to order or dine at Chili's again. I admit, I'm being petty. If you decide to eat there, just make sure you NEVER provide them with your email address! For truly great wings, I recommend Crosstown's (locations in Batavia and Naperville). They serve the best wings, and trust me, it's worth the drive!
I found the website for this restaurant to be misleading. I ordered a platter of bone-in wings, not realizing that it was just a Chili's restaurant. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and the wings were quite disappointing. They had very little sauce, and the breading was very soggy. Additionally, the food was barely warm when I picked it up. I was also frustrated that the wings were supposed to be bone-in. Overall, I was let down by the way the website made it seem like a standalone business when everything is actually prepared in a Chili's kitchen. I won't be returning.
Not impressed.I ordered boneless wings with 2 different sauces: Mango Habanero and Buffalo sauces. The order came with curly fries which were soggy by the time they reached my house via DoorDash, but I expected that.The wings were barely warm and had hardly any sauce on them at all. If they had been sauced properly, they may have been good. I guess we'll never know.I should have checked Yelp before ordering.#disappointed

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.
NEVER AGAIN!!!! Wings and curly fries were so salty they were inedible. Go to pizza hut and get the wing street there at least you can eat those. Whom ever has this ghost kitchen set up at chilies needs to pull it!
Terrible experience! The fries were burnt, the chicken was rubbery, and there was so much oil in the delivery bag. I would never order from this place again. Honestly, I don't even want to give it one star.
Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
