Upon calling the store, a woman came on the phoneand said that it wasn 't her fault and of course, blamed it on the Grubhub driver. She would have sent me a replacement but whenI asked for a new straw, she refused to put a straw in the bag!!! Will not be going back to this place! The lady that answered the phone was very impatient! The whole time rushing through my order and then hung up abruptly?so of course I didn?t get what I asked for. The bagel is more like a mini bagel and the baconwas undercooked and rubbery. I had to re-toast it when I got home. All around annoyed. I am just so tired of poor customerservice. You get what you pay for so lesson learned! I will be going to a better bagel/deli next time!

The bagel was more like a mini bagel, and the bacon was undercooked and rubbery. I had to return it when I got home, and I didn't get any resolution. I'm just so frustrated with the poor customer service. You definitely get what you pay for! Next time, I'll choose a better bagel shop or deli!
Filthiest deli I have ever been in. No Coffee, no rolls.... floors and walls dirty, broken tile, walls in disrepair.. take a look at the butcher block behind the counter. Yuck! The guy working was good, pleasant. The bagel egg sandwiches were good to. It would be a goldmine if they could clean up the place a bit. Unfortunately I'm hearing the same from others in our community that have been there.
I really like this little deli and juice bar. My partner and I were greeted with a smile. We received friendly service, and the food (bagel and egg breakfast sandwiches coffee) was fresh, nicely prepared and hit the spot. I've also had some very nice fresh juice blends here in the past. A clean and pleasant place for a quick, wholesome nosh.
In person, the staff also seems unwelcoming, showing a lack of consideration when taking orders or handling cash. It's clear that she is unhappy in her job, and the overall customer service is not good at all. This negative attitude could even translate into the food. Overall, my experience has been terrible!

Love this local bagel place. Fast and reliable. Just a word of caution for the owner: If you hire kids and they get an order wrong, please remind them that it's nothing personal. Customers just want what they paid for! No need for eye rolling or getting upset. It's just bagels
The perfect spot for breakfast! The staff are fantastic and always greet you with a smile. This is my go-to place for my Amazon break. Thank you!
