I think a picture is worth a thousand words but given the inflation I have 3. This scene could be smelled all the way to the front counter and the door on the left of the store. The staff was polite but all of them had a look on their face like they had no idea what the odor was. Idk whose job it is to clean the restrooms but this is unacceptable for a restaurant. I also saw one of your female employees cough onto her forearm, not her elbow, the forearm and proceeded to check on fries and other foods without changing gloves. What’s going on jack in the box?
A disrespectful girl named “Mitzi” or whatever her name is if that’s her real name was taking my dads order. She was rude and kept interrupting him and when he ordered my food in a specific way that I always order it she was even more disrespectful to him and said she couldn’t do that. I called to put a complaint about her to her manager and she said if I had a problem to go tell her to her face. How unprofessional by telling me to go and whoop her and how embarrassing is it going to be for her to get dragged at her job.
I received cold tacos with no sauce. It seems like Jack in the Box just doesn't care about its customers anymore. I wish I could say this was a one-time issue, but it definitely isn't. I try to avoid this location, even though it's just minutes from my apartment, because 9 out of 10 times, the food is cold. I wouldn't recommend Jack in the Box or this location at all—one star is far too generous!
Today I went to this jack in box before going to work , once I came to my job I sat at my desk open my food up and saw this BUG in my food . This is very disgusting how do you not see bug while wrapping up food ? I called the jack manager answer n said sorry n ask what kind of bug it was ... I do not recommend this place at all it's nasty you'll find bugs in your food .

I came to this jack in box this morning around 8:30 am 09/20/2022. I order two breakfast jacks very simple .. once I got to my job I sat at my desk started taking my food out once I open the wrapper , I saw a BUG on my food looks like I’m getting refund after I go on lunch break
Ordered The Ultimate breakfast with no egg got a sandwich with just egg and bacon…should have checked my ordered before getting to work now I’m stuck with a sandwich I can’t eat. Very disappointed
The drive-thru operates at a reasonable speed. However, the interior of this Jack in the Box could use more lighting; it feels quite dark to me.
My visit was pleasant and the food was hot and fresh also the parking was clean and landscape was well maintained. Food: 5/5
