I'm really fed up with the service at Jack In The Box. This is the third time they've messed up my order at this location. The night shift staff are extremely unhelpful—I practically have to shout for them to understand what I want. A year ago, I ordered one Ultimate Cheeseburger combo, but they gave me someone else's order. Next time, I ordered tacos and specifically asked for hot sauce to be included in the bag, but it wasn't. Tonight, I ordered a combo meal and mini churros, which were clearly on the menu, yet when I checked the bag after leaving, the churros and even a straw were missing. If you're looking for a place to grab some iced tea on Thanksgiving, this is the spot! They stay open late, which is a definite plus. Just a tip: when you reach the window to pay, be sure to mention that you’re a senior. Jack offers a discount on drinks for those aged 55 and over—20% off!
Any condiments or anything I need I had to ask twice to get it! Mayonnaise, creamer, sweetener, napkins! This is the reason I don't like to eat out anymore! Because the workers at most of the fast food restaurants have a rooting and they don't want to go outside of that!

The staff is welcoming, and the food is outstanding. Additionally, it's conveniently located! Just be cautious of the steep ramps when entering and leaving the parking lot, as they can be quite steep and may damage your vehicle.
The night employees at this location consistently put cones in the drive through to pretend like the store is closed so they don't have to do any work. Every single person who works the night shift should be fired.
This is a fantastic Hack in the Box location! The staff is welcoming, and the food is excellent. The Hahnenfries are absolutely worth trying!
